MDFoods' Delivery Policy
Depending on the order details and the customer's membership level, MDFoods applies different delivery policies.
Except for specific delivery policies detailed for certain membership levels, delivery terms will be negotiated and agreed upon by both parties during the finalization of each customer order with MDFoods.
Information related to delivery includes:
- Order value and delivery batch.
- Order size and batch size.
- Type of goods.
- Delivery distance (calculated from MDFoods' transit warehouses to the delivery point).
- Delivery time.
- Goods insurance (if applicable).
- Payment responsibility (if any).
- Other conditions related to delivery (if applicable).
- Service price (if applicable).
"Delivering the right goods on time" is one of our key commitments, aimed at ensuring that our clients' business plans (related to the goods we supply) run smoothly and on schedule. Therefore, the details of this commitment must be clearly defined and all necessary conditions ensured to meet the expectations of all parties involved.
Policy Regarding Goods Delivery and Receipt:
- All products supplied by MDFoods are agricultural products and food items. Therefore, product quality depends not only on MDFoods' supply chain but also heavily on factors related to management and use by the customer, such as: time, method, storage conditions, and product preservation and use. Consequently, MDFoods is no longer responsible for goods after they have been handed over to the customer for management and use.
- To clearly define the roles and responsibilities of each party involved in the goods, both parties must assign a person with sufficient responsibility, information, and professional expertise to conduct a joint inspection upon delivery and receipt.
- The result of this process is a "Delivery Receipt" signed by representatives of both parties, or/and a "Record of Incidents" for cases where unusual incidents occur during MDFoods' delivery.
