MDFoods is a B2B wholesale food supplier - customers purchase our goods for their production and business operations, not for personal consumption.
Purchasing process at MDFoods
Customers must be licensed businesses (not individuals) and register as MDFoods members.
- Method 1: Select Sign up or Register as an MDFoods member on the website and follow the instructions to register as an MDFoods member.
- Method 2: Contact directly with the the MDFoods Contact Center so we can assist you with this process.
Customers must be members and Sign in before selecting products to purchase on the website www.MDFoods.vn and submitting a Request for Quotation.
Depending on the purchase conditions (product, quantity, batch, and delivery location) and your membership level, we will provide appropriate sales prices and sales policies. This information is clearly defined and established within MDFoods' sales management system; MDFoods' sales and consulting staff only act as intermediaries in this process.
Through various communication channels (online and in person), both parties agree on the order content and coordinate to carry out the order. This usually involves signing a contract between the two parties. MDFoods' sales and consulting staff will coordinate and provide detailed support on how to carry out this process during their interactions with you.
You can sign in to your your personal page on the MDFoods website to track the entire order process, submit any related additional requests (if any), and review your transaction history related to your purchases with MDFoods.
