Agricultural produce is a unique type of product; beyond losses caused by physical factors during logistics operations - such as damage, bruising, or scratching during storage, loading/unloading, and transport - losses also occur due to the product's inherent biological and chemical characteristics, including dehydration, wilting, spoilage, waterlogging, and over-ripening. However, except in cases explicitly stipulated in the contract or order, we handle delivery and receipt based solely on the actual condition of the goods at the time of delivery, as jointly verified and confirmed by representatives from both parties.
