Dual-Shelled Crab, also known as Double-Shell Crabs (or "Com" Crab), are a type of sea Crab that is in the process of molting to grow. Unlike Soft-Shell Crabs (which have completely shed their old shells), Dual-Shell Crabs retain their hard outer shell, but inside, a new, soft, silky layer of young skin has formed. They are considered the tastiest, most nutritious, and rarest type of sea crab.
 
***Crabs are steamed or frozen using Blast Freezing or IQF technology, which improves transportation and preservation, while also retaining the exquisite qualities of this delicacy.

Scylla Paramamosain crabs have large claws and a distinctive green color. They are a common type of crab found in the Ca Mau region of Vietnam. Therefore, it is often called Ca Mau crab (Cua Ca Mau).
